Hello and welcome to Shelton Lock’s Full Circle Centre and the 1st Shelton Lock Scout and Guide group headquarters. This a new modern all purpose building for Shelton lock and surrounding areas to use. Available to the whole community but focusing on young people’s activities.

Our local Guide and Scout group are basing their new HQ here.This group has also taken on the role of custodianship of new building. The day to day running of this facility will be undertaken by their trustee board. The board has charity status which means funding will be reinvested into; the building, Scouting and Guiding group, and wider community events.
